Importing

Who imports: you and your customs broker

In Mexico, goods are imported by a person or company registered in the SAT importers registry (padrón de importadores), usually through a customs broker. For food supplements, COFEPRIS also requires a prior sanitary import permit, filed through VUCEM.

Register as an importer
Your company (or the trading company importing for you) must be in the SAT importers registry.

COFEPRIS sanitary permit
Your customs broker files the prior sanitary import permit and attaches it to the customs entry (pedimento).

Spanish labelling
Before sale, products must carry the Spanish-language information the regulations require. Your broker or a regulatory consultant can advise.

We prepare the shipment
We prepare the commercial invoice and packing list and hand the goods to a US warehouse or freight forwarder of your choice. You arrange the freight to your country. If your customs broker needs a specific detail on the invoice, tell us before dispatch.

Requirements change and depend on each product. Always confirm with your customs broker before ordering, and ask whether your products qualify as originating goods under the USMCA (T-MEC).

No. In Mexico the importer handles the import with their customs broker. We ship within the US only, provide the commercial invoice and packing list, and can deliver to a US warehouse or freight forwarder of your choice.

We deliver to your forwarder or warehouse in Miami or anywhere in the US, including warehouses on the Mexican border. You arrange the freight from there.

What is the minimum order?

We sell by the case, with pallet quantities for larger accounts. Your sales rep confirms the minimum and volume pricing when your account opens.

Yes. You can mix brands by the case in one order or on one pallet.

Are the products genuine?

Yes. Every product is genuine, bought in the U.S. through established supply channels, and ships sealed in its original packaging, with a purchase record for every shipment.
