Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website legacysupplementsintl.com ("the Site"), operated by Legacy Supplements International ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, wholesale applicants, distributors, and any other persons who access the Site. The Site is offered and directed to users who are 18 years of age or older and who are engaged in a legitimate business activity.

Wholesale Distribution Model

Legacy Supplements International is a wholesale-only distributor. We sell exclusively to registered retailers, gyms, fitness studios, and authorized resellers — not to individual consumers. By submitting a distributor inquiry, you represent and warrant that you are a legitimate business entity engaged in the sale of nutritional supplements or related products.

We reserve the right to verify business credentials, refuse applications, and terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

Account Registration

To place wholesale orders, you must submit a distributor inquiry through our Site or contact us directly. Account approval is subject to review and verification of business credentials.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, resell to unauthorized parties, or engage in conduct that violates these Terms.

Products and Pricing

All product listings on the Site are subject to availability. We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product images, descriptions, and pricing; however, we do not warrant that product images, descriptions, or pricing are complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Wholesale pricing is provided to approved accounts only and may vary based on order volume, destination, and other factors. Prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to modify product listings, discontinue products, and adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.

Orders and Payment

Placing an order through your approved wholesale account constitutes an offer to purchase products under these Terms. Orders are subject to acceptance by us.

Payment terms are established at the time of account approval. Standard terms may include prepayment, letter of credit, or other arrangements as agreed in writing. We reserve the right to withhold shipment of orders pending receipt of payment.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, customs, and shipping charges associated with your orders.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship from our US-based distribution center to approved wholesale accounts worldwide. Shipping rates, delivery timeframes, and available carriers are provided at the time of order or as established in your account terms.

Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or damage incurred during transit. We encourage you to inspect all shipments upon delivery and to file any claims directly with the carrier.

International orders may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, and other charges in the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns and Product Claims

Due to the nature of nutritional supplement products, we generally do not accept returns of opened, used, or resold products. Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products must be made in writing within 48 hours of receipt of the affected shipment.

To submit a product claim, contact your account manager or email us at info@legacysupplementsintl.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic documentation.

We do not make any representations or warranties regarding the efficacy, safety, or regulatory compliance of any products beyond what is provided by the original manufacturer.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product listings, and software, is the property of Legacy Supplements International or its content suppliers and is protected by US and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Site content without our prior written consent.

Product brand names, logos, and trademarks referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners (e.g., Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals, Nutrex, Insane Labz, MuscleTech).

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site or its content. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Using the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Reselling products purchased through your wholesale account to unauthorized third parties
Making false, misleading, or fraudulent representations about our products or company
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data
Interfering with the proper operation of the Site or its underlying infrastructure
Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to collect data from the Site without permission
Uploading viruses, malware, or other harmful code to the Site

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We make no warranty regarding the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any information on the Site.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LEGACY SUPPLEMENTS INTERNATIONAL AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

Severability
